Product Marketing Team Leader GI (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Providing professional and organizational leadership to a small GI team and supporting employee development
- Responsibility for key components of the global marketing strategy
- Planning and managing global go-to-market activities (launches, releases)
- Deriving product roadmap requirements from data and feedback
- Developing distinctive, compliance-compliant positioning and messaging
- Developing pricing and licensing strategies (subscription, data sharing)
- Defining assets, channels, timelines, and revenue and adoption goals
- Integration of data protection and data usage
- Sales enablement (materials, narratives, training)
- Defining KPIs and data-driven optimization of all measures
Your Skills
- A successfully completed degree in marketing, business, or a comparable field
- Ideally, initial leadership experience, preferably in medical technology or a comparable industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing GI growth strategies and go-to-market concepts
- Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills, as well as a strong focus on results
- Excellent communication skills and an interest in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Very good written and spoken English skills
