Product Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product & Clinical Expertise - Demonstrate sound clinical understanding during discussions, demos and training sessions.
• Customer Engagement & Demonstrations - Deliver clear and impactful clinical discussion of product features and benefits to surgeons, End users BMEs, and OR staff. Identify clinical or technical needs and provide appropriate product-based solutions.
• Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with the assigned account OR teams, BMEs, and key stakeholders. Ensure continuous information flow from these stakeholders for opportunity generation.
• Lead Management & Coordination - Plan and execute actions for lead generation to conversion independently & in coordination with associates. Log and update all customer.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence - Monitor competitor activities and share timely insights. Support local strategy development based on competitive trends.
• Training & Education - Conduct ISPs and training sessions for nursing staff, technicians, and surgeons. Ensure proper product usage, cleaning, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Customer Satisfaction & Feedback - Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Capture and report customer feedback systematically.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s in science /B Pharma/ BE/ BTech in Biomedical Engineering

RELEVANT PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum 2-5 years of Experience in providing clinical demos pertaining to medical devices.
• Willing to travel extensively for the product demos and to relocate if the need be.
