Area Sales Manager & Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales & Revenue Responsibility - Responsible for achieving primary and secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue. Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to meet the planned AOP.
  • Territory Management - Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive product penetration and market share.
  • New Business Development - Identify new departments and specialties of existing accounts. Expand presence in group hospitals, chains & corporate accounts. Introduce new products and drive adoption within the network. 
  • Channel Management - Appoint, manage and evaluate distributors. Drive distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • KOL Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with all the key stakeholders and conduct regular visits to understand needs, resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.
  • Compliance & Performance - Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Capture and report customer feedback systematically.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence - Monitor competitor activities and share timely insights. Support local strategy development based on competitive trends.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s in science /B Pharma/ BE/ BTech in Biomedical Engineering
  • PG degree in Business Management is desirable.

RELEVANT PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of Experience in selling of medical devices & an experience with Surgery endoscopic range will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel extensively for the product demos and to relocate if the need be.
